OUR SHIPPING POLICY

The prices displayed at samuraisky.com may include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
The delivery charge of each order will not be the same, the price depends on the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. Our standard minimum delivery fee is subject to change without notice to you. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and should make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any additional deliveries.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

HOW WE DO IT

Samurai Sky guarantees a refund of the returned items corresponding with the below section (Withdrawal of Order), provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon you receiving them.

This means the items should not have been:

  • Damaged

  • Soiled  (Deodorant stains will void return)

  • Washed

  • Altered

  • Or worn (other than to try the item on)


 Any labels or tags should be intact.  Items displaying any of the above characteristics will be returned to customer without refund.

                Samurai Sky will pay return postage via e-mail label.  Label must be printed within 24 hours or it will expire. If the label expires, the customer will be responsible for the return postage.

     Samurai Sky exercises the utmost commitment in accepting and processing orders and will strive to deliver your order to the address provided, in accordance with your selected delivery option.

We try to ship in the fastest possible manner and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 4 to 10 business days following the confirmation of your order, unless otherwise agreed (Orders received during the presale of an item will ship once the item becomes available site-wide) though we aim to deliver within the communicated period. Delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Withdrawal of Order                                                                         

   You may cancel or return your order from the time you place the order until 7 days after receipt of the ordered items has been received. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund which will not include Samurai Sky’s delivery costs. If you choose to keep only certain items and partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will also not be refunded. If your order does not arrive by the suggested date, please contact Samurai Sky Customer Service via email at Customerservice@samuraisky.com
